The Salvation Message

Begin by reading Romans 10:8-10

If you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ, now is the time to ask Him into your life. All you need to do is repent of your sins, commit to following Him and simply ask Him into your life. If you pray this prayer, please let us know, so that we may pray with and for you as you begin your walk with the Lord.

The basis of the sinner's prayer comes from Romans 10:9-10.

"That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

There are a variety of 'sinner's prayers', all of which say in the simplest terms,
· "God, I know that I am a sinner."
· "God, I know that the wages of sin is death."
· "God, I have no power over my sin."
· "God, I turn away from my sin,"
· "God, I ask your son, Jesus Christ, to come into my life and forgive me."
· "Come into my life Lord Jesus."

"Thank you God for the gift of eternal life. Amen."

"This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! (2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT).

Lord, I am a sinner! Lord, I ask you to forgive me of my sins. Lord, I invite you to take residence in my heart. Lord, I believe you came to earth and died for ALL MY SINS! Please take charge of my life. Thank You for dying on the cross for me, In Jesus’ holy name. Amen

Jesus answered,

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 4:6). The bible says, if you confess with your mouth and believe it in your heart, that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved (Romans 10: 9-13).

First, confess. The Bible says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (I John 1:9, NIV).

Second, repent. You must turn from sin to God. Jesus said, "The Kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe in the good news" (Mark 1:15, NIV).

Third, believe. "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31, NIV).

Fourth, receive. Again God said, "To all who received him [Christ], to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12, NIV).
